Mission

We help Black, African American, and first-generation African individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. Guided by our own lived experiences as neurodivergent therapists from immigrant families, we create a safe, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming space to work through trauma, strengthen relationships, and embrace your authentic self. While our work centers the needs of Black and African communities, we proudly welcome and affirm clients of all races, cultures, identities, and orientations.

Vision

A future where every individual—especially those from Black, African, and immigrant backgrounds—feels seen, supported, and celebrated. We envision communities where neurodiversity is embraced, cultural identities are honored, and cycles of harm are replaced with legacies of love, resilience, and connection. Our doors are open to all who seek a space of belonging, healing, and growth.

Our Values

  • We Get It – Our own journeys through trauma, cultural expectations, and neurodivergence shape how we show up for you.

  • Culturally Rooted, Universally Welcoming – While we center the experiences of Black and African clients, we embrace and affirm people of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities.

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming – We celebrate all brains and challenge the stigma around ADHD, autism, and other differences.

  • Healing Is Possible – We believe change starts with small steps, and we’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.

  • Breaking Cycles – We help clients build healthier relationships for themselves and future generations.
